PILATES

Discover the power of movement with our on-demand Pilates platform, featuring three signature class styles - Flow, Energise, and Stretch designed to help you feel balanced, strong, and revitalised.

FLOW PILATES

Our Flow sessions take you through a seamless sequence of movements that challenge and strengthen the entire body. We move the spine in all directions, improve posture, and emphasise form leaving you feeling stronger, taller, and calmer.

ENERGISE PILATES

Energise classes bring a little more intensity to your practice. Expect a faster-paced flow that gently elevates your heart rate while building strength and endurance.

STRETCH PILATES

Slow down and release tension in our Stretch sessions. With a focus on spinal mobility and deep, full-body stretches, these classes are designed to leave you feeling relaxed and restored.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our strength & conditioning classes include: cardio, body weight & light resistance workouts

CARDIO

Our cardio sessions focus on getting the heart rate up and blood pumping to work on the cardiovascular system & boost your endorphins.

STRENGTH

We offer a mixture of bodyweight + weighted strength classes to focus on strengthening the larger muscle groups in our bodies.

YOGA ASANA

Daya offers two types of Yoga Asana: Yin & Vinyasa

YIN YOGA

Yin is a slow yoga style where poses are held for a few minutes. Yin promotes full-body relaxation, presence and energy work.

VINYASA YOGA

Expect to flow through sequences with classes suited to all, including those new to yoga. A time to reflect on how we are feeling and consider how movement can shift our mood. Show up as you are, wherever you are, to breathe, move and find stillness.

Benefits: strengthening muscles, joint flexibility, improved mindfulness

BREATHWORK & MEDITATION

Our breathwork and meditation sessions focus on slowing down and resetting your nervous system

RESTORATIVE BREATHWORK

Breath techniques and practices help to regulate your nervous system, cultivate internal ease and mental clarity. Ground your body and soothe your mind. Feel more connected, conscious, and calm.

MEDITATION

Our mindfulness practices will bring you to a state of “being” rather than “doing”. Some meditations will encourage you to tune into your senses, whilst others will work with visualisation, breath awareness and physical relaxation techniques.
